Two cabins, one trip
Most cabins in the Smokies top out well below 30 guests, and the few that go higher often pack people into bunk rooms and sofa beds. We do it differently: The Fourth Story and our sister cabin, Summit After Dark, sit a short walk apart on the same street. Book both and your group gets two complete luxury homes, each with its own kitchen, pool and gathering spaces, so everyone has room to spread out and still come together.
- The Fourth Story sleeps 14: three king suites with private bathrooms, a queen-over-queen bunk suite and two queen sleeper sofas.
- Summit After Dark sleeps 20 across six bedrooms.
- Together: up to 34 guests, with two heated indoor pools, two hot tubs, two game rooms and two full kitchens.

Good to know
- The Fourth Story has 3 dedicated parking spaces. Ask us about parking at both cabins when you plan your group’s vehicles.
- The primary guest must be at least 25 and stay on site for the whole reservation.
- Parties and events are not permitted, and only registered guests may be on the property unless approved in advance.
- Send us your dates and group size and we’ll check both calendars and send you one quote for the whole group.
